- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx in 10-15 business days after shipping
- Free Shipping (orders over $50): Delivered via EMS in 15-25 business days after shipping

🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We want every Disney treasure you receive to spark as much joy as Cinderella’s castle at sunrise. But if something isn’t quite right with your order, our fairy godmothers are here to make it right!
Our Return & Exchange Promise:
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unopened packaging with all tags attached). Your happiness is more precious to us than all the pixie dust in Neverland!
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- Contact our Customer Service Elves within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item
- Wait for our response – we’ll send you a Return Authorization Number (your golden ticket!) and instructions within 2 business days
- Package your item securely in its original packaging with all accessories
- Ship your return to our enchanted warehouse (address provided in our email). We recommend using a trackable shipping method

To keep the magic alive for all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Plush Dolls & Duffy the Disney Bear (for hygiene reasons)
- Opened Playsets (Monorail Playsets, Train Playsets, Plastic Figurine Playsets)
- Personalized or Custom Items
- Items damaged after delivery (please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim)

Q: Can I exchange an item for a different one?
