We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unopened packaging with all tags attached). Your happiness is more precious to us than all the pixie dust in Neverland!

  4. Ship your return to our enchanted warehouse (address provided in our email). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

💰 Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item otherwise.

To keep the magic alive for all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Plush Dolls & Duffy the Disney Bear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Opened Playsets (Monorail Playsets, Train Playsets, Plastic Figurine Playsets)
  • Personalized or Custom Items
  • Items damaged after delivery (please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim)

Q: What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Q: Can I exchange an item for a different one?
