Are your products authentic Disney merchandise?
Absolutely! Every item in our shop is 100% authentic, officially licensed Disney merchandise. We package each treasure with the same care we’d use for our own collections.
Do you sell retired or hard-to-find Disney items?
Our inventory focuses on currently available Disney products. While we occasionally get special finds, we primarily stock items from current Disney collections to ensure authenticity and quality.
Ordering & Account Questions
How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout! Simply select “Create an account” when placing your first order to save your information for faster future purchases.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click “Forgot password” on the login page, and we’ll send you instructions to reset it. If you need further help, our customer service elves are ready to assist!
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your Disney magic to you as soon as possible! If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t entered the shipping process yet.

What payment methods do you accept?

Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely! We use industry-standard encryption to protect all your payment information. We never store complete credit card details on our servers.
Why was my payment declined?
Payment declines usually come from your bank or card issuer. Common reasons include:

- International transaction blocks (for non-US customers)
- Incorrect billing information
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship Disney magic worldwide! However, we currently cannot ship to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. If you’re unsure about your location, feel free to contact us before ordering.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two magical shipping options:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, arriving in 10-15 business days after shipping with full tracking.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, arriving in 15-25 business days after shipping with basic tracking.
How long does order processing take?
Our team of magical elves processes all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way!
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information:
- DHL/FedEx: Detailed tracking with delivery notifications
- EMS: Basic tracking that may show fewer updates until delivery
Do I need to pay customs fees?
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties, which vary by country. All packages include the required customs documentation to help with clearance.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your Disney treasures! Our return policy includes:
- Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be in original, unopened condition with all packaging
- Contact us first at [email protected] for return authorization
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged
What if my item arrives damaged?
Oh no! We’re so sorry to hear that. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, including covering return shipping if needed.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
